Veteran Crisis Support:
Our Mission to End Veteran Suicide

Every day, an average of 22 Veterans lose their lives to suicide. This heartbreaking reality demands action—and PROJECT: VetRelief is committed to being part of the solution.

22 Veterans lose their lives to suicide each day.

Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) and related challenges play a significant role in this crisis. Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Veterans may find healing through counseling, peer support, service animals, structured group activities, crisis intervention, or other evidence-based approaches. Because each Veteran’s journey is unique, support must come in many forms.

Our Suicide Prevention Initiative

PROJECT: VetRelief’s Suicide Prevention Initiative focuses on strengthening access to effective, Veteran-centered support by investing in programs that are already having a measurable difference. Through a rigorous vetting process, we ensure our recommended resources deliver real, life-saving impact.

Building a Statewide Network of Support

PROJECT: VetRelief has a statewide network of trusted partners and provides financial support to expand access to critical services. This includes sponsoring Veterans’ participation in existing programs, strengthening crisis response efforts, and helping partners grow their capacity to serve more Veterans in need.

By supporting collaboration and sustainability, we help ensure that Veterans are not left without options during moments of crisis.

Together, We Can Save Lives

Ending Veteran suicide requires commitment, collaboration, and compassion. Together—with trusted partners, dedicated supporters, and a shared mission—we can help Veterans find hope, healing, and connection.

Will you stand with us?
